This cost is included in the contract should you build with BOA Homes, however should you elect to use another builder or put your build on hold you can arrange payment to the draftsman for the concept plans prepared to that stage. An estimate of costs will be provided at the start of works and varies depending on the size of the house and number of changes requested.
